Each Exhortation identifies a target audience and a recommended course of action, then marshals the evidence and reasoning that support that recommendation.

RESPECT for Courseware Developers — the business case for EdTech courseware developers to build a RESPECT Compatible version of one of their apps, targeting K-3 Foundational Literacy and Numeracy in one of the six pilot countries.

RESPECT for Ministers of Education — the case for African Ministers of Education to schedule a videoconference with the Spix Foundation to discuss a RESPECT Pilot in their country.
